After my initial failures with email, I decided to track down Facebook's phone number. This was no easy task, as Facebook does not display it anywhere on the site. After some Google searching, though, I found it.
I called 650-543-4800 on August 23, and was greeted by a pleasant sounding voice announcing that this was indeed Facebook's number.
"If you are a user looking for customer care, please press 1."
JACKPOT!
*Press*
"We do not offer phone support for users at this time."
Yeah, um... thanks for getting my hopes up.
*Facepalm*
Looks like it was back to emails.
