Subject: I was mistakenly disabled.
To whom it may concern,
I have been a Facebook member for over 4 years. Today, my account was suddenly deleted without warning or notice. Furthermore, I have not changed anything in my profile for at least a year and have not done anything to violate Facebook’s TOS.
I see no reason why my account should be disabled. Please correct this error.
Thank you,
Jeffrey G****
I immediately received the following computer-generated response:

Hi,
The Facebook Team has received your inquiry. We should get back to you soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to review our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php) for more information.
Thanks for contacting Facebook,
The Facebook Team
The next day, after receiving no further response, I resent the original email. No reply. I switched it up a little and sent a new one on August 21:
To whom it may concern,
I have been a Facebook member for over 4 years. A few days ago, my account was suddenly deleted without warning or notice. Since then, I have contacted Facebook multiple times with only a single, generic email as a reply. This email did not even contain a reason for the ban.
I am highly disappointed with Facebook's customer service. There is absolutely no reason why the staff should be dealing with their customers so coldly and inefficiently.
I have read the TOS multiple times, and can see no reason why my account should be disabled. Please correct this error.
Thank you,
Jeffrey G*****
Still no reply. The following day, I changed the email slightly, and resent it:

Since I have not heard back for your team for 4 days, I thought that perhaps you'd lost my last 3 emails. Thus, I am emailing you again to request a response about the status of my account.
I have read the TOS multiple times, and can see no reason why my account should be disabled. Please correct this error.

Still nothing. Maybe if I explained the situation more clearly:

Subject: My Account Was Disabled By A Person Making Fake Reports
To whom it may concern:
In the past two weeks, the person who reported my account reported multiple long-standing Facebook members with whom he had a grudge on a specific application. All were reported on false pretenses. At least 6 of these accounts were disabled.
You can see the list here:
http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=*****
Some of these accounts have been reinstated. I urge you to reinstate my account and the rest of the ones not yet reinstated, and take appropriate action with the abusive reporter.
Thank you,
Jeffrey G*****
*Waits*
Ok, so this whole email thing was a big bust. Next up: phone calls!
